How to Register
If you already have an online account with your Kroger Plus card

Sign in with your username & password

Under Savings & Rewards click Kroger Community Rewards

Click View Your Reward Details

Under Community Rewards, click Edit & find Lebanon Athletic Boosters or MW736.

Select Save Changes
If using the Kroger App

Open your Kroger App, click on the 3 bars in the top right corner

Go under My Info and click on Rewards

Click on Community Rewards

Click on Add or Change Organization & find Lebanon Athletic Boosters or MW736.

Select Save Changes
If you DO NOT have an online account with your Kroger Plus card

Click Register & Create an Account using your Kroger Plus card #

After you have created an account, return to step 3 above and add Lebanon Athletic Boosters or MW736.
